Letter Mail and Small Packages
As a ventureLAB member, you are entitled to use the IBM building as your mailing address:

Suite Number (if applicable)
c/o ventureLAB

Markham, ON L3R 9Z7
If you would like something to be delivered to the space, ensure that the address is written exactly in that notation. For the Suite Number, use your office number if you're a tenant; if you're a hub member, leave it blank; if you're an HCI member, use the suite number assigned to you by the HCI team.
All letter mail and packages are delivered to the IBM mail room on the second floor of the IBM building. All badgeholders are able to go to the mail room by:
- Going through the turnstile door across from the auditorium (refer to the floorplan for the location of this turnstile)
- Take the elevator to Floor 2.
- Walk past the food court to the end of the corridor. There, you will find the IBM mail room.
The mail room and loading dock are open 9 am to 4 pm every workday
As of December 10, 2022, the IBM mail room will not be holding mail for ventureLAB or its tenants/hub members/dedicated workspace members. Accordingly, if you are expecting important mail, you must pick it up as soon as it is delivered or it may be returned.
ventureLAB staff will make an effort to pick up mail on behalf of all tenants/hub members/dedicated workspace members, and deposit it in the mailbox in Room C108. Refer to the floormap for the location of the room., so if your mail is not in the mail room, it is likely in the C108 mailbox.
Small packages will be held for up to 5 business days before they are returned to sender, so please be sure to check the mail room regularly if you are awaiting a shipment.
Large Shipments
Large shipments which require offloading at the loading dock have to be picked up on the same day they are received. Please be sure to make yourself available on-site to take delivery of any large shipments or they may be returned to sender.
