The Markham Innovation Space is only accessible to badgeholders and their guests. Accordingly, we require every guest to sign in when they arrive on the iPad in the entrance to ensure our members' safety, abide by IBM's security requirements, and to monitor foot traffic in the space; once a guest checks in, their host receives an email informing them that they are waiting to be escorted into the space.

Streamlining the guest check-in process
When your guests arrive, they need to fill in their name and email, as well as your email (their host). If you know the day they are arriving, you can pre-register them using this link. That way, when they arrive, they can check in very quickly as the iPad will autofill their information once they enter the first three letters of their name.
