Meeting Rooms & Lab Equipment

The ventureLAB Innovation Spaces offers its hub and offices members seven meeting rooms of different sizes, all equipped with hybrid setups to allow you to have on-site meetings with your teams wherever they may be.

The tool you will need to use to book those meeting rooms is Skedda. You can create an account by registering at this link. You must book meeting rooms before using them; if you don't, you may be required to forfeit the room if another company books it while you are using it.

Note that there are three rates for meeting room bookings:

• Office members, dedicated workspace members, and hot desk members are entitled for 40 hours of free meeting room bookings every month
• Hub members are required to pay a small fee to book meeting rooms
• External members have to book rooms at the IBM-stipulated rate.
