Requesting a New Badge

If you are new to the space, or if you just hired a new employee who needs access to the space, you can request a new access badge by filling out this form. This is a very important first step as you cannot enter the ventureLAB space without a badge. Please follow the instructions very carefully as you are filling out the form. If your photo is not to the required specifications, it may be rejected, and you may have to wait a long time to receive your badge.

Note that you are only permitted to have as many badges as your contract specifies. Badge requests are processed by IBM security and take between 5 and 10 business days. During that time, you can still come into the space as a guest of a ventureLAB staff member or member. To do that, be sure to follow the instructions on this page and be sure that someone inside the space is available to escort you through the door once you check-in.
